I love the adjustable thermal skull cap. Fits well great material and supports my gold water efforts.

Fit guide was accurate, comfortable, kept my head warm in 56 degree water. I’m sure it would great for colder water… I will not be finding that out for you. LOL!

Great fit you can wear your swimming cap under

I have an averaged sized female head. I wore my hair in a French braid and tucked it into the cap and the M fit perfectly. Kept my head and ears warm for a 1.2 mile swim in 58 degree water temp for a Ironman 70.3. I only had a little bit of chafing under the chin afterwards. Probably should have put some anti chafing there. But I otherwise was so happy with the purchase and would highly recommend. I think it helped prevent me from going into shock from the cold!

The best feature of my new swim cap is the chin strap. No more tugging that silicone to keep the cap on!

Perfect and confortable

Medium size was perfect - thank you for the sizing guide. The chin strap is plenty long; I needed to trim it. After a 2K swim in the ocean off Santa Barbara coast, my hair was completely dry when I removed the thermal skull cap. Note that I had an orange latex swim cap over the skull cap. That combination kept my head warm throughout the swim.

Im a Blue 70's guy from head to toe. I made my local traning swim yesterday air temps of 62F with overcast and water temps of 56F. My wetsuit, gloves and hood was priceless and made it more then bareable and after about the first 200 yards I was good other then my face and feet were knumb by the end. I just placed an order for my boots this morning. As a point I also use the gloves for bike training. Blue 70 rocks. From ordering, pricing, customer service (knowlegable staff ---- that answers the phone)-- (not emial hell), to incrediable products. I would have saved a lot of time and money if I would have purchased them first. But I didn't I made a price based decsions and I was wrong and missable. Learn from my mistakes and pay that little bit more and enjoy the quality.

This cap works well. 55 degree water and 38 degree weather. I could feelt the heat inside my cap and kept me warm.
